The Week 1 focus is the Foundations of Effective Communication. Understanding the importance of effective communication in the workplace and cover topics such as Active Listening and Non-Verbal Communication. We provide such things as Video analysis. Where we look to Identify and Interpret non-verbal signals and what they really mean.
